Finance Procurement Associate

At Factorial, we’re looking for a new Procurement Associate to help us support and scale our Finance team to the next level. In this role you will coordinate purchasing activities, manage supplier relationships and negotiations, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient procurement operations.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate purchasing requests for Marketing and HR, ensuring timely and efficient procurement.
• Create and manage Purchase Orders in Oracle NetSuite, maintaining accurate documentation and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, supporting negotiations on pricing and commercial terms.
• Partner with Marketing, HR, Finance, and Accounting to align budgets, validate invoices, and ensure on‑time deliveries.
• Analyze purchasing data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and support contract and supplier documentation management.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement workflows and operational efficiency.

What are we looking for?

• Have experience or a strong interest in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Finance.
• Are comfortable working with Excel and ERP systems; Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
• Are fluent in Spanish (B2+) and English, both written and spoken.
• Have strong organizational skills and pay close attention to detail.
• Are able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bring analytical thinking and enjoy identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and suppliers.
• Take ownership of tasks, show a proactive attitude, and are eager to learn and grow.
