Brand and Marketing Specialist

• Support the positioning and growth of IAG Engine Tech as a leading independent global engine MRO brand.
• Build awareness of the new brand from the ground up, creating a strong and distinctive market presence across priority audiences.
• Develop and execute integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, generate business opportunities and support commercial objectives.
• Ensure a consistent and professional brand identity across all communication channels, customer touchpoints and corporate events.
• Contribute to the company's international visibility through campaigns, digital marketing, trade shows, events and media initiatives.

Key responsabilities

• Develop and implement annual marketing plans aligned with business strategy and commercial priorities.
• Coordinate the execution of integrated campaigns across digital, social, media, events and customer-facing channels.
• Lead the corporate website launch, maintenance and continuous optimisation in coordination with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Create, edit and coordinate marketing content and brand assets for external audiences, including presentations, brochures, social media and web content.
• Coordinate participation in international trade fairs, exhibitions, customer events and sponsorships.
• Negotiate marketing and communication budgets with suppliers and external partners, ensuring efficient use of resources and return on investment.
• Monitor, track and oversee supplier contracts and service levels, ensuring compliance with agreed scopes, timings and quality standards.
• Measure and report customer satisfaction indicators, including NPS, to support continuous improvement and strengthen customer experience.
• Support internal communication and employee engagement initiatives where relevant, helping employees understand and amplify the brand.

Objectives

• Increase IAG Engine Tech brand awareness and reputation, positioning the company as a leading independent global engine MRO provider in target markets.
• Support commercial growth by designing and delivering marketing initiatives that generate visibility, strengthen customer relationships and contribute to business opportunities.
• Ensure a consistent, high-quality brand experience across all digital channels, corporate communications, customer touchpoints, events and trade fairs.
• Successfully launch and continuously optimise the corporate website, improving digital visibility, user experience and content performance.
• Maximise the return on marketing investment (ROMI) through effective budget planning, supplier management and performance monitoring of campaigns, events and external partners.
• Measure and improve customer experience by monitoring marketing KPIs, website analytics, campaign performance and customer satisfaction indicators, including Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Support employee engagement and employer branding initiatives, helping employees understand, represent and promote the IAG Engine Tech brand.

Education, skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Branding or Communication will be valued.
• Continuous training in digital marketing, AI tools or brand management will be considered an asset.
• Driving licence B and availability of own vehicle.

Technical skills:

• Strong knowledge of branding, marketing and integrated communication.
• Advanced digital marketing and social media management skills.
• Website content management and coordination of website launches or redesigns.
• Ability to manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Knowledge of media planning, events, trade shows and sponsorships.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Use of AI tools for content creation, analysis and productivity.
• Image, photo and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar.
• Marketing reporting, KPI tracking and basic data analysis.
• Experience in B2B environments, preferably industrial, aerospace or aviation sectors.
• Experience working with external agencies, designers, printers and digital suppliers.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics or web analytics tools.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge will be valued.
• Experience in internal branding, employer branding or employee engagement campaigns.
• Experience launching a brand or building awareness from scratch.

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Marketing, Branding, Digital Communications or related roles.
• Proven experience developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns.
• Experience managing corporate websites, social media and digital content.
• Experience coordinating events, trade fairs, exhibitions and corporate activations.
• Experience managing supplier relationships, contracts and marketing budgets.
• Experience measuring campaign performance and customer satisfaction indicators, including NPS, will be valued.
• Experience in international or multicultural environments will be an advantage.
