Your responsibilities

• Keeping trade relations with suppliers
• Running commercial negotiations for the purchase of the packaging materials
• Preparing trade contracts
• Supervising and coordinating the implementation of delivery schedules
• Optimization of packaging material costs
• Preparing reports on a current basis
• Assure the quality of the materials purchased
• Sourcing of new suppliers in order to optimize the cost and the quality of the materials
• Tracking the main feedstocks, market evolution and effects in the packaging materials
• Management of incidents
• Keeping updated the files to monitor the current evolution in materials

Our requirements

• Higher education ( preferably Project Management etc.)
• At least three year of professional experience in a similar position in purchasing department , experience as Project Leader
• Knowledge of purchasing and project management tools
• Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel)
• Knowledge of SAP
• Fluent English (min B2)
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of procurement, planning and purchasing
• Skills for trading and negotiating
• Used to work under pressure
• Communication and team work skills
• Positive attitude, open to change
