Data‑Driven Client Success Specialist - Hospitality SaaS
Doist
Lighthouse seeks a Client Success Specialist to manage onboarding, nurture relationships, and grow value for hotels using our SaaS platform. You’ll leverage data-driven insights to optimize direct bookings and collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Tech to ensure a smooth client journey.
Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in client-facing roles in travel or hospitality SaaS, and are fluent in German and English, with a customer-obsessed, proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
