Plant Manager Development Programme participant at Nutreco, an SHV company.

What you’ll do

• Gain a deep understanding of plant operations across our production network in Spain and Portugal.
• Lead a manufacturing facility, developing leadership capability across real operational challenges.
• Rotate across different plants and functions, working alongside experienced plant managers to translate strategic goals into day‑to‑day operational excellence.
• Apply the required knowledge to lead a manufacturing facility and gain end‑to‑end experience of a production environment.

Who we’re looking for

• Responsible, accountable and ready to Own this role.
• Confident, credible with drive and potential to lead others and inspire respect through actions.
• Proven track record in leadership and solid background in production or manufacturing environments.
• A degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position.
• At least 3 years of experience working in a production or manufacturing company.
• English at B2 level or above (Cambridge University standard).
• Willingness to relocate to any province across Spain or Portugal.
