Mission

We are looking for a proactive, process-focused Order‑to‑Cash (OTC) Specialist with 3–5 years of experience to manage the operational finance stream for our global Amazon account. Operating in a high‑velocity digital marketing landscape, you will ensure transactional accuracy, smooth cash applications, and support complex multi‑entity internal balances.

Job functions

• High‑Volume Billing: Oversee the creation and submission of digital campaign billing files, strictly adhering to Amazon’s portal requirements to ensure prompt processing.
• Ledger Management: Process cash applications, clear outstanding balances, and update account statuses within the company’s core finance platforms.
• Intercompany Operations: Execute intercompany reconciliations, balance cross‑charges across European entities, and flag cross‑entity discrepancies for resolution.
• Deduction & Dispute Tracking: Analyze automated chargebacks or marketing fee deductions taken by Amazon, gathering proof of delivery to file successful disputes.
• Cross‑Functional Sync: Coordinate with local European Project Managers to reconcile active project margins and contract variations before monthly invoicing.

Skills Requirements

• Experience: 3‑5 years of professional experience in Order‑to‑Cash (OTC), Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), or corporate financial administration.
• Industry Background: Previous experience in digital marketing, tech, or media agencies managing a large volume of simultaneous commercial deals.
• Languages: Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication are required for cross‑border alignment.
• Location: Flexible hybrid work model (2 days home) from Madrid, Spain (preferred), but open to candidates legally authorized to work anywhere in Europe.
• Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data cleaning, formulas, summaries).
• Nice‑to‑Have: Previous daily operational experience with NetSuite and exposure to global intercompany accounting structures.
