Experteer Overview As the owner of a BCN Micro-Fulfilment Center, you will lead a ~30-person team to deliver a seamless customer experience.
You'll drive continuous improvement through data analytics, collaborating with cross-functional teams to scale efficiency and sustain the MFC business model.
You will oversee both logistics and store operations, translating analyses into actionable initiatives.
