¿Cuáles serán algunas de tus funciones?
Gestionar y coordinar el portafolio global de iniciativas, realizando el seguimiento y reporte de hojas de ruta, hitos clave, riesgos e incidencias, dependencias y estado de la entrega tanto a nivel global como a nivel local por país.Identificar y gestionar dependencias y bloqueos entre equipos y entre proyectos.Mantener y actualizar la hoja de ruta del portafolio, proporcionando visibilidad sobre el estado de los proyectos, prioridades e hitos clave.Consolidar y preparar informes y materiales a nivel ejecutivo para la alta dirección y foros de gobernanza.Realizar el seguimiento de los KPIs del portfolio y métricas de entrega, aportando transparencia sobre el progreso, riesgos y el rendimiento general de la ejecución.Definir y promover estándares de proyectos y de entrega en todos los equipos, garantizando la consistencia en la planificación, reporting y documentación de proyectos.Apoyar la priorización y la asignación de recursos entre las distintas iniciativas.Más de 5 años de experiencia en funciones de PM, gestión de portafolio de proyectos o consultoría estratégica/tecnológica.Experiencia previa en servicios financieros, banca o entornos de consultoría, apoyando iniciativas de transformación a gran escala o de tecnología.Experiencia coordinando múltiples iniciativas simultáneas con diversos stakeholders.Experiencia trabajando en entornos multifuncionales e internacionales.Se valorará experiencia apoyando programas de transformación estratégica, iniciativas de mejora operativa o programas de entrega tecnológica.Incorporación en proyectos de alto valor estratégico en el sector financiero.Entorno internacional, colaborativo y orientado a la mejora continua.Oportunidades reales de crecimiento y desarrollo profesional.Modalidad 100% Remota.
