DEPARTMENT: Project Management (Site Management / Erection)

MISSION: Implement a new Methodology to calculate and validate the installation times and define Trainings.

TASKS:

• Create a database of micro tasks.
• Calculate the times for the micro tasks.
• Group the tasks and define the road maps.
• Define the level of trainings for the technicians.
• Find a system to digitalize the road maps and the instructions.

YOUR PROFILE:

• University degree (Engineering or similar technical degree) or other education with experience in the same position.
• Experience in Time Management.
• At least 8 years of experience in Renewable Energy, working on Methods and Times (including Lean).
• Good communication skills.
• High English level. At least B2.
• Experience in an international environment.
• Strong analytical skills, a quick comprehension, and a structured way of working.
• Availability to travel (approximately 20% per year).
