IT Business Developer (Hunting) - Madrid

Nuestro cliente es una empresa especializada en el desarrollo y consultoría de software, especialmente enfocado en servicios financieros y de insurance.
En estos momentos buscan a una persona que se una a su Departamento Comercial para abrir mercado en las dos líneas de servicio, staffing especializado y proyectos llave en mano, con el sector asegurador como vía de entrada preferente.
Requisitos
- Experiencia de al menos 8 años en venta de servicios tecnológicos o desarrollo a medida a empresas en España, preferiblemente en seguros o sector financiero.
- Experiencia en venta consultiva de servicios, no producto, a nivel B2B.
- Cartera propia de clientes (se solicitarán referencias en próximos pasos).
Condiciones
- Horario de oficina flexible. De lunes a jueves 8,5 horas, viernes 7 horas.
- Salario base + comisiones (no hay techo).
- Jornada de verano 15 Junio - 15 Septiembre.
- Presencialidad sólo para reuniones con socios y/o clientes.
- Se acepta colaboración freelance o contrato indefinido.
- 23 días de vacaciones.
