¿Buscas liderar el éxito de grandes marcas globales de BPO/Contact center? En Konecta, el talento marca la diferencia y buscamos a un/a Líder de Cuenta Estratégica para nuestro Hub de Llacuna (Poblenou). Este rol implica mejorar la experiencia del cliente a escala mundial y transformar los datos en rentabilidad y excelencia.
Responsabilidades
- Liderar el ciclo de vida completo del servicio, desde la implementación (Go‑live) hasta la consolidación y optimización de procesos.
- Gestionar el P&L, controlando costes, márgenes y KPIs financieros, y optimizar la rentabilidad.
- Actuar como nexo principal entre el cliente y los equipos operativos, transformando requerimientos en soluciones tecnológicas.
- Dirigir mandos intermedios y equipos multidisciplinares de más de 100 personas, empoderándolos en un entorno de alto rendimiento.
- Detectar tendencias de mercado y oportunidades de mejora para mantener la ventaja competitiva de la cuenta.
- Llevar un ADN creativo y curiosidad constante por la tecnología aplicada al BPO, liderando procesos de cambio.
Perfil del candidato
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en puestos de Dirección como Business Manager, Ops Manager o Service Manager en el sector BPO / Contact Center.
- Grado en ADE, Ingeniería, Marketing o Gestión de Proyectos.
- Dominio real de control de costes, análisis de rentabilidad, gestión de riesgos y metodologías de proyectos.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, resiliencia, negociación de alto nivel y toma de decisiones ágil.
- Nivel de inglés B2 valorado positivamente, capaz de defender estrategias con solidez.

- Horario de oficina lunes a jueves (09:00h a 18:00h) y viernes intensivos (08:00h a 15:00h).
