Research Group: B-22. EMERGING ANTI-TUMOR ADAPTATION THERAPIES

Location: IBIMA Bionand Platform - Located at Málaga University Regional Hospital (General Hospital, Civil Hospital, and Maternal and Infant Hospital)

• Experience in administrative support and organization tasks, including calendar management, user assistance, activity coordination, incident tracking, and support in document management. (Assessment: 1 point for each year of accredited experience. Up to a maximum of 2 points)
• Experience in coordinating, monitoring, and supporting promotion, outreach, or communication actions, collaborating in the planning and execution of activities and events. (Assessment: 1 point for each year of accredited experience. Up to a maximum of 2 points.)
• Communication skills in English at an intermediate B1 level, both spoken and written, for handling inquiries and basic document management. (Assessment: 1 point.)
• Medium-level digital skills, including handling office tools, databases, management platforms, and commonly used artificial intelligence tools in administrative environments. (Assessment: 1 point per accredited course)

Specific Requirements

• Specific training in administrative management (min. 300 hours)
• Languages ENGLISH Level Basic

Selection process

-Based on the points obtained in the merits evaluation, at least the top three candidates will be selected for a personal interview where communication skills, work aptitude, and abilities will be assessed, with a maximum of 3 points. Only candidates who score at least 50% of the evaluable merits will be eligible for the interview phase.

-After the position is awarded, if the selected candidate declines the contract, the hiring committee may decide to choose the next candidate according to the scoring list.
