Brand Designer (Midweight / Semi Senior)
Buscamos un/a Brand Designer con una fuerte sensibilidad visual y capacidad para desarrollar y aplicar sistemas de identidad de marca en distintos formatos. La persona ideal entiende cómo una marca se construye y evoluciona a través de múltiples puntos de contacto —desde identidades visuales y piezas editoriales hasta productos digitales y espacios físicos— manteniendo siempre coherencia conceptual y rigor estético. Este rol requiere a alguien capaz de traducir ideas estratégicas en soluciones visuales sólidas, colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares y garantizar consistencia en cada aplicación de la marca.
Qué harás
Diseñar y desarrollar identidades visuales y sistemas gráficos escalables, desde logotipos y tipografías hasta guidelines completas.
Crear piezas editoriales, presentaciones y materiales de comunicación, asegurando consistencia conceptual y calidad visual.
Revisar interfaces UX/UI en Figma, aplicando design systems, jerarquía visual clara y consistencia de marca.
Adaptar y extender sistemas de identidad a entornos digitales, equilibrando estética, usabilidad y funcionalidad.
Conceptualizar y diseñar aplicaciones de marca en espacios físicos (stands, señalética, oficinas), considerando materiales, escalas y flujos.
Preparar artes finales para producción en distintos soportes (impresión, desarrollo web o producción física), garantizando precisión técnica.
Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de estrategia, comunicación y gestión de proyectos en el desarrollo de proyectos de marca, comunicación y producto digital.
Perfil
4–6 años de experiencia en diseño de marca o diseño multidisciplinar.
Excelente criterio visual y conceptual.
Dominio de Figma y Adobe Creative Suite.
Experiencia trabajando con sistemas de identidad y design systems.
Gran atención al detalle y capacidad de ejecución.
Perfil colaborativo con interés por trabajar entre distintas disciplinas del diseño.
