Hello! We are looking for a **Partner Account Manager (PAM)** to join our Partner Account Management DACH team. This is a highly strategic, commercial, and impact-driven position focused on unlocking the full monetary potential of our partner ecosystem. It requires someone who thrives on driving revenue growth, identifying expansion opportunities, and building long-term commercial value alongside our partners. If you are an ambitious professional with a strong sales and commercial mindset, who wants to scale a market through partner-led growth and be held to strict revenue, cross-sell, and retention targets – this could be your next big step. ### About the team Our Strategic Partnerships team opens doors to new new markets by building meaningful partnerships that help us grow together. We focus on maximizing the mutual business value of our ecosystem. If you thrive on negotiation, commercial strategy, and creating profitable win-win relationships, you'll fit right in. ### What you’ll do As a **Partner Account Manager,** you will take full commercial ownership of a portfolio of committed business partners (IT resellers, HR consultancies, accounting firms, and technology distributors). While our Partner Services Managers (PSMs) own the technical enablement and onboarding lifecycle, **your primary mandate is growth, retention, and monetization.** This is a B2B2B model. You do not manage end customers directly; instead, you empower and incentivize partners to drive commercial success within their client portfolios. * **Commercial Growth & Revenue Expansion:** Develop and execute joint commercial strategies with partners to maximize revenue. Drive active cross-selling, up-selling, and expansion of Factorial features across partner-managed accounts. * **Monetary Metrics & Forecasting:** Own and manage commercial pipeline metrics, financial forecasting, and account expansion goals. Conduct regular business reviews (QBRs) focusing on commercial performance. * **Retention & Churn Management:** Monitor the financial health of the partner portfolio. Proactively implement strategic interventions to achieve a zero-churn and zero-downsell goal across partner-managed accounts. * **Product-Driven Value Creation:** Maintain deep, fundamental knowledge of the Factorial product. While you won't handle implementation, you will use your product expertise to align Factorial's features with the commercial objectives of your partners and their clients. * **Partner Engagement:** Build strong, long-term commercial relationships with partner stakeholders, educating them on new monetization opportunities, packaging, and commercial updates. ### What are we looking for? * **Commercial Drive & Acumen:** You are a natural salesperson at heart. You are comfortable working with revenue targets, OTE structures, and KPIs, with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding growth metrics. * **Indirect Sales Expertise:** Experience working inside an indirect sales, channel partner, or partner account management model in a B2B SaaS environment is highly preferred. * **Cross-Team Collaboration:** This role excels at driving other teams, managers and individual contributors, to execute on conflicting priorities to generate as much impact as possible. * **Product Fluency:** You have a passion for technology and a deep understanding of SaaS platforms.
