Regional Account Manager (Neurología) - Andalucía

El/La Regional Account Manager (RAM) será responsable de promover nuestro portafolio de productos que están transformando el abordaje de las enfermedades raras. Como parte del equipo Comercial, desarrollará relaciones con clientes actuales y potenciales, impulsando el conocimiento y la adopción de nuestras soluciones terapéuticas.
Buscamos una persona con interés por el ámbito científico y farmacológico, motivada por mantenerse actualizada sobre los últimos avances, investigaciones y publicaciones relacionadas con nuestras áreas terapéuticas.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Proporcionar información científica y médica a líderes de opinión y responsables de la toma de decisiones.
- Implementar la estrategia comercial de Alexion en las cuentas clave y hospitales asignados, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos comerciales.
- Identificar y comunicar las necesidades, características y entorno de las cuentas clave.
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas y de confianza con hospitales, cuentas clave, decisores e influenciadores.
- Implementar planes de formación y concienciación sobre las enfermedades, siguiendo las directrices y procesos establecidos y utilizando los materiales y herramientas aprobados.
- Organizar sesiones formativas y reuniones científicas en hospitales con el apoyo del Departamento Médico.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo multidisciplinar del territorio (MSL, Access y Patient Journey Manager).
- Analizar datos de mercado y el entorno competitivo para identificar oportunidades y ventajas competitivas.
- Mantener actualizados los sistemas de reporte y gestión de clientes (CRM).
- Recoger y comunicar información de farmacovigilancia de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos por el Departamento Médico.
- Compartir información relevante con el equipo local de Alexion Pharma.
- Colaborar con los equipos de Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access y Public Affairs.
- Contribuir a garantizar el acceso al tratamiento para todos los pacientes dentro de las indicaciones aprobadas.
- Participar en la elaboración de la estrategia comercial y de marketing a nivel nacional.
- Mantenerse al día sobre los cambios en las políticas sanitarias y evaluar su impacto en el negocio.
- Preparar e impartir presentaciones médicas, educativas y promocionales dirigidas a clientes y otros grupos de interés.
- Desarrollar todas las actividades respetando la normativa farmacéutica vigente, así como las políticas, procedimientos y valores de la compañía.
Requisitos indispensables:
- Experiencia de 3 a 5 años, en el entorno hospitalario como requisito indispensable.
- Se valorará experiencia previa en gestión de cuentas clave (Key Account Management).
- Área de responsabilidad: Andalucía y Canarias.
- Trayectoria demostrable de éxito comercial en posiciones especializadas dentro del ámbito hospitalario.
- Capacidad para resolver problemas y gestionar situaciones complejas de forma eficaz.
- Conocimiento de la normativa farmacéutica vigente en España.
- Manejo de herramientas informáticas (Microsoft Office) y sistemas de reporte.
- Disponibilidad para viajar a nivel regional y nacional.
- Nivel intermedio de inglés, tanto hablado como escrito.
Formación:
- Sólida base científica o médica.
- Titulación universitaria en Ciencias de la Salud (preferiblemente) o en Administración de Empresas, Marketing o áreas afines.
