About This Role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented KYC (Know Your Customer) Analyst specializing in Onboarding Due Diligence, Sanction Screening, and Adverse Media. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough KYC reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and safeguarding the institution against financial crimes. This role requires a deep understanding of sanction screening processes and adverse media monitoring.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Due Diligence review: analysis of partner initial due diligence packages
• Sanction Screening: Monitor and screen client transactions and relationships against global sanction lists (e.g., OFAC, UN, EU) to identify and elevate any potential matches.
• Adverse Media Monitoring: Conduct regular checks for negative news and adverse media reports related to clients, assessing the impact and escalating findings as necessary.
• Report Preparation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation of findings, including risk assessments and action plans for identified issues.
• Collaboration: Work closely with FIU and Oversight team.
