Hospitality Internship: Guest Services & City Concierge

Responsibilities

• Participate in guest check‑in and check‑out procedures, ensuring accurate registration in Opera.
• Serve as a source of information for guests on city activities, restaurant recommendations, and transportation options.
• Fulfill guest requests by providing proactive, unique, and personalized solutions.
• Handle inquiries received via phone and/or email regarding stays, reservations, or requests from external partners contacting specific hotel departments.
• Demonstrate empathy and initiative in addressing guest needs.

Qualifications

• Internship is full‑time; requires a collaboration agreement with your school or educational institution.
• Schedule involves morning or afternoon shifts, rotating from Monday to Sunday with two days off; estimated duration 6 months.
• Advanced level of English essential; international experience such as Erasmus a plus.
• Teamwork skills, willingness to learn, attention to detail, and proactive approach to unexpected situations valued.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about travel and the hospitality industry.
