Factorial HR is launching a brand-new spin-off in Barcelona and seeks a Founding Engineer to own major initiatives from day zero. You’ll ship AI-powered features with Ruby on Rails on the backend and React/TypeScript on the frontend, prioritizing practical impact over perfect theory, and you’ll help shape the product from the ground up.
Joining a scrappy, fast-moving team backed by Factorial’s infrastructure and 17,000+ customers, you’ll work toward ambitious goals and mentor juniors while
