You will have the possibility to work 100% remotely, working in a high-growth international B2B Saas, in which all members love to create, work in teams, analyze and help Community Managers to make their work easier.
Your mission is to identify and engage potential clients in the French market, leading the sales process from first contact to closing. You’ll play a key role in building strong customer relationships while sharing valuable market and product insights to support your team and other departments.
Account Executive Responsibilities Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting to closing for your assigned markets (France).
Generate new business through outbound prospecting: identify, research, and engage high-potential marketing agencies and SaaS companies using multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, and social touchpoints).
Master Inbound Conversion: qualify and convert interested prospects into demos and active trials, ensuring a fast and professional follow-up.
Deliver Consultative Demos: Adapt your presentation to the specific pain points of each prospect and guiding them through the trial activation and conversion phase.
Balance inbound and outbound efforts to maintain a healthy, predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Keep the CRM fully updated with accurate records, tasks, and opportunity stages, monitoring performance metrics and identifying improvement opportunities.
Build and nurture client relationships through proactive follow-ups, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring long-term satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Customer Support, and Product) to share feedback, improve messaging, and streamline the sales process.
Team Member Responsibilities Cross-functional Alignment: Collaborate with Marketing, Support, and Tech to ensure the customer journey is seamless from the first demo to long-term retention.
Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in team meetings to share "win-loss" analyses and help optimize internal sales playbooks.
Culture of Excellence: Support colleagues and foster a feedback-driven environment where best practices are documented and shared.
First Days in Metricool First month: For the first few weeks, we will ensure you understand your impact on the team and the business, the industry, and processes. You will meet every contributor on your team and understand their areas of expertise.
First Quarter: You will manage your own pipeline autonomously, consistently reaching the expected volume of qualified leads and MRR targets.
To the moon: You will become a reference in the LATAM market, optimizing your own sales strategies and mentoring others on how to win in the region.
Job Requirements The candidate must be located in Spain
Experience: 3 years of previous experience in sales or business development roles (inbound + outbound), preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Knowledge of the French market.
Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is highly valued.
Languages: Fluent (written and verbal) in French and English. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus!
Hard Skills CRM Mastery: Advanced experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
Outbound Expertise: Proven track record of generating business through cold prospecting (not just waiting for inbound leads).
Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with sales targets, conversion rates, and MRR metrics.
Familiarity with SaaS and marketing ecosystems: understanding of social media tools, digital agencies, or SaaS business models is a plus.
Tech-savvy attitude: comfortable adopting new tools (automation, AI assistants, or enrichment platforms) to improve productivity.
Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: clear, confident, and empathetic in both written and spoken interactions.
