Functional Analyst - French

Desde Winning Consulting estamos seleccionando un/a Functional Analyst para incorporarse a un proyecto de un cliente del sector financiero en Barcelona. Hibrido(3 días presenciales / 2 días remoto),
Responsabilidades:
- Recopilar, analizar y documentar requerimientos de negocio, asegurando claridad, consistencia y trazabilidad end-to-end.
- Traducir necesidades del usuario en especificaciones funcionales: user stories, casos de uso, flujos, reglas de negocio y criterios de aceptación.
- Facilitar workshops y sesiones de discovery con stakeholders (negocio, IT, riesgos, compliance, operaciones) para alinear alcance, prioridades y dependencias.
- Gestionar ymantener el backlog(refinamiento, priorización, estimaciones funcionales), colaborando con Product Owner, desarrollo y QA.
- Definir y apoyar pruebas funcionales (UAT), validaciones y soporte a la implantación, asegurando que la solución cumple con los requerimientos.
- Elaborar y mantener documentación funcional y de procesos (AS-IS / TO-BE), identificando oportunidades de mejora y optimización.
Requisitos
- +3 años de experiencia como Business Analyst / Analista Funcional en entornos de delivery o transformación.
- Experiencia en sector financiero muy valorable
- Dominio de metodologías Waterfall y agile.
- Francés y Español avanzado (imprescindible)
