General description of the job:

As a Custody & Reconciliation Specialist, you will be responsible to manage the different kind of reconciliation steps for cash and securities, collateral management and the preparation of regulatory reporting’s as follow:

Responsibilities:

• Reconciliation of cash positions (internal versus sub custodian)
• Reconciliation of financial instruments positions (internal versus sub custodian)
• Support creation of regulatory reporting (e.g. QI, EMIR, MIFID, FATCA, CRS)
• Preparation of internal reports as AUC (assets under custody) & KPI
• Due Diligence Sub-Custodians
• Support on preparing files for ETD an OTC Collateral Management process
• Custody Fees related to Billing
• Any other duty which is instructed directly by the managing directors in accordance with Article 6.2 of the employment agreement

Communication:

A Specialist Custody Oversight & Reporting works in direct contact with the rest of the team members and cooperates, with other officers under the supervision of their Line Manager, and in close co-operation with the other administrators, under the supervision of the Management and Managing Directors.

Experience and skills:

• University degree in Banking/ Finance /Accounting or similar
• Excellent English spoken and written communication skills
• Very good computer literacy and Excel knowledge
• Understanding the banking industry
• Good understanding of the Custody business
• Customer Focus
• Concern for Quality
• Willingness and ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
• Adherence to procedures
• Attention to detail
