Marketing Specialist Junior

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Trainee to join University Marketing Team, with a specific focus on the commercialization of programs at School of Architecture and Design. This role provides the opportunity to contribute to the global positioning of our programs, from brand awareness to targeted program promotion.

As part of a dynamic team, you will play a key role in developing innovative marketing campaigns and engaging content to attract potential students. We seek a motivated and creative individual with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and a passion for generating fresh ideas.

Through this one-year trainee program, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of marketing in higher education and develop key skills to advance your career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop creative marketing campaigns to promote School of Architecture and Design programs.
• Assist in outbound and inbound marketing activities, including content creation, advertising, and event promotion.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, partners, and media to execute marketing campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate efforts across various marketing channels (social media, email, paid media, etc.).
• Analyze marketing data (campaign performance, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to improve future strategies.
• Understand audience segments to develop insightful briefs and work closely with creative and production agencies.
• Participate in both online and in-person marketing initiatives within a hybrid environment.
• Apply an iterative and agile approach to ensure marketing objectives are met efficiently.
