Esto nos permite ofrecer un contexto internacional, retos diversos y oportunidades de carrera a largo plazo, manteniendo siempre la cercanía con nuestros equipos.Estamos buscando un/a AI Platform Support & Operations Engineer para incorporarse a un equipo tecnológico y participar en la operación, soporte y evolución de plataformas de Inteligencia Artificial y Machine Learning.Dar soporte técnico L2/L3 a plataformas y servicios de IA.Monitorizar disponibilidad, rendimiento y estabilidad de las plataformas.Analizar y resolver incidencias, realizando troubleshooting y análisis de causa raíz.Participar en despliegues, automatización y mejora continua de la plataforma.Trabajar con equipos de Data, AI/ML, DevOps e Infraestructura.Gestionar entornos cloud, APIs, contenedores y herramientas de monitorización.Experiencia en IT Operations, DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering o similar.Experiencia trabajando con Cloud (AWS, Azure o GCP).
Conocimientos de Linux, Docker, Kubernetes y CI/CD.Experiencia con monitorización y observabilidad.Conocimientos de Python o scripting.Valorable experiencia en MLOps, AI/ML, GenAI o plataformas de IA.
