Join our expert team to work on a governed clinical-operations analytics platform, contributing to the development of an enterprise-grade conversational AI agent. You will apply your knowledge of Python , LLM Agents , Snowflake , and advanced analytics to deliver reliable, explainable, and secure AI-powered insights. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a governance-first environment focused on quality, compliance, and innovation.

How do we make this happen?

With people. Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months.

And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

What you will bring
• Strong production experience developing applications in Python.

• Advanced SQL expertise including analytical queries, window functions and performance optimization.

• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, function calling and LLM agent architectures such as ReAct or plan-and-execute.

• Experience with Snowflake, data modelling and conversational analytics or text-to-SQL solutions.

• Experience orchestrating AI agents using LangGraph or comparable agent frameworks

• Experience with AI evaluation, observability and CI/CD practices for production-grade AI systems.

You will be responsible for designing, building and operating an enterprise conversational analytics agent for governed clinical operations data. You will implement agent orchestration, semantic integrations, evaluation frameworks and observability capabilities while ensuring traceability, security, responsible AI practices and high-quality answers across critical business domains.

Our model is hybrid: we usually go to the office 2 days a week, though this depends on the project and team, but we love seeing each other’s faces; the best stories always happen in the office!
