Job Details

We are seeking AI Builders – Emerging Talent (Polish Market). A technical foundation is required and a builder mindset is non‑negotiable. The role is part of our first‑of‑its‑kind AI Builder New Grad cohort, embedded directly with customer‑facing teams, designing, developing and deploying Agentic solutions for Fortune 500 companies. You will deliver real‑time customer impact from day one and work in a builder pod, a cross‑functional team that collaborates to design, build and deploy AI solutions for real customers.

AI Builder Experience

• AI‑Powered Development: You will develop real customer solutions using leading‑edge AI tools such as Cursor, Claude and our coding products like Vibes, accelerating development.
• Dedicated Mentorship: You will be part of a program focused on hands‑on technical skill development, shadowing opportunities, and meaningful networking.
• Skill Acceleration: The role is designed to develop both your technical depth and your sales skills, allowing you to lead high‑level conversations with stakeholders.

What You’ll Actually Be Building

• Develop AI agents that take real actions for real companies. Agents are live, in production and run for some of the biggest companies on the planet.
• Design Agent Intelligence: Define how agents think—prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and the overall architecture—leveraging AI/LLM technologies and the Agentforce platform.
• Support the entire technical lifecycle: Collaborate with other builders to architect, build, debug and deploy high‑quality, scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python and Apex.
• Drive strategic impact: Partner with clients to translate business challenges into agentic solutions, using consultative skills to ensure the technology meets real‑world needs.
• Iterate and deploy: Test, break, fix and ship solutions repeatedly, owning your work from day one.

You’re Our Builder

• Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
• Deep experience with LLMs and prompt engineering, and fluent in React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Python, OOP and real‑time infrastructure.
• Comfortable interacting with sales teams and customers, writing high‑quality code and evaluating AI outputs with engineering rigor.
• Team‑oriented mindset and a get‑things‑done mentality.
• Willingness to travel 25‑50% of the time, working directly with customers.
• Fluent in Polish and English.
