Senior Property Buyer’s Agent - German Market

To support this demand, we are seeking a highly experienced fluent German-speaking Property Buyer’s Agent to join our established team.
The Role
This is not a traditional real estate position.
We operate a unique, client-focused model where we exclusively represent buyers. Rather than listing properties, we act in the best interests of our clients throughout the purchasing journey, collaborating with a curated network of boutique agencies across Mallorca.
You will work with qualified, high-net-worth international clients and guide them through one of the most important decisions of their lives.
Your Profile
Fluent/native German speaker (essential) with excellent English; Spanish is a strong advantage
Minimum 4 years’ experience in the Mallorca real estate market
Proven track record working with high-net-worth clients
Strong sales performance and closing ability
In-depth knowledge of the Mallorca property landscape
Professional, client-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Interest in the luxury sector
Driving licence and own car required
