Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in strategy consulting at a top-tier consulting firm or boutique, with experience in Financial Services (Asset Management / Wealth Management is a plus), or in a strategy / M&A role within the Asset Management / Wealth Management sector.
• Strong analytical and business modeling skills.

Your role in the team

• Participate and lead strategic projects.
• Play a central role in business transformation initiatives.
• Define priorities and support C-level decision-making.
• Manage key business development initiatives and new venture launches
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Monitor industry trends and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead the development of business cases for new initiatives.
