Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Inside Sales Representative (Spanish speaking) to join our Sales team in Barcelona, Spain. In this role, you will be responsible for strategically identifying, prospecting, and closing new mid-market business opportunities within designated territories while conducting business fluently in Spanish.

You will join a high-energy, collaborative team focused on helping organizations navigate digital transformation, optimize information management, and secure their most critical physical and digital assets.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Pipeline Generation & Prospections: Proactively identify and hunt new mid-market business opportunities using cold calling, social selling (LinkedIn Sales Navigator), and targeted email campaigns, mapping out key decision-makers (C-level, IT Managers, Legal) to uncover pain points.
• Consultative Selling & Deal Ownership: Conduct high-level discovery calls to align Iron Mountain’s digital and physical solutions with client needs, managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution.
• Market Intelligence & Collaboration: Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to effectively position our value proposition, collaborating across teams to achieve key revenue growth targets.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Native or near-native fluency in Spanish to engage effectively with target markets, alongside professional proficiency in English for internal collaboration.
• Proven experience in Inside Sales or Business Development or SaaS with a demonstrated in ice of cold prospecting i ?? ??
