Summary: We have an incredible opportunity for a P2D Process Professional (SAP PP Consultant) to join our IT team. As a P2D Process Professional, you will be responsible for supporting and optimizing Plan to Deliver processes leveraging and supporting SAP S/4 HANA solutions and ensuring efficient and compliant P2D operations. This position offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment where your contributions will directly impact on the company's operational excellence and regulatory adherence. What can you expect as a P2D Professional at Scandinavian Tobacco Group? You will analyze the current P2D processes in detail, identifying potential risks and areas for improvement. Leveraging your expertise, you will recommend and implement robust control measures to mitigate identified risks and optimize operations. Your role will also involve continuous interaction with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, enhance compliance, and ensure that our P2D operations are efficient. Your primary tasks will include the following:

• Supporting current P2D processes, identifying risks, and recommending control measures and process improvements
• Participating in Roll Out projects throughout all regions and countries within STG ecosystem.
• Implementing best practices for P2D processes, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Configuring and customizing SAP solutions (especially SAP PP) to support P2D processes
• Collaborating with different teams across the company to streamline P2D processes
• Providing end-user support for P2D processes
• Monitoring process automation and continuous improvement initiatives within P2D operations
• Supporting process automation and continuous monitoring initiatives within P2D operations
• Developing training materials and conducting end-user training on P2D processes and SAP solutions
• Staying updated on P2D process trends and internal requirements

Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matters the most for this role):

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Information Technology, SAP, and/or a related field
• At least 3+ years of experience in supporting and optimizing Plan to Deliver processes, mainly throughout SAP PP module. It will be highly appreciated knowledge on SAP SCM/LE/EWM modules.
• Experience working with SAP, and previous expertise in customizing, configuring and supporting SAP solutions around P2D processes
• Ability to analyze processes, identify risks, and implement control measures and process improvements
• Knowledge of process automation techniques and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong understanding of P2D processes
• Excellent communication and training skills to provide end-user support
• English proficiency
