Senior New Business Manager

From Remote and Talent, we are looking for a Senior New Business Manager to join a dynamic, fast-growing international company and take a leading role in driving commercial expansion across key European markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and commercially minded professional who enjoys building new business opportunities, opening markets, and partnering with senior stakeholders to support long-term growth.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new commercial opportunities across France, Italy, Portugal, and other strategic markets in Europe. You will work closely with leadership teams to define go-to-market approaches, evaluate market potential, build strong business cases, and execute expansion strategies with a clear revenue focus. The ideal candidate is someone with strong experience in business development, market expansion, and enterprise-level negotiations, as well as the ability to influence across different functions and work in an international environment.
We are looking for someone with a proven track record in strategic commercial growth, ideally within technology, digital products, SaaS, or other fast-moving industries. This person should be comfortable leading complex conversations with clients and partners, managing high-value opportunities, and contributing to both short-term revenue generation and long-term market positioning. Strong communication skills, a consultative sales mindset, and the ability to operate across multiple countries and cultures are essential.
