Qué harás
- Liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinares.
- Orientación al cliente y a la consecución de resultados.
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y prioridades.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación , organización y resolución de problemas.
- Experiencia en la gestión de stakeholders y coordinación con áreas de negocio y tecnología.
Imprescindible
- Experiencia de más de 5 años como Project Manager liderando proyectos tecnológicos .
- Experiencia en la gestión de equipos y proyectos de despliegue, migración y actualización de plataformas Data & AI.
- Experiencia en la implantación de soluciones basadas en:
- IBM Data & AI.
- IBM Cloud Pak for Data (CP4D).
- IBM Maximo.
- IBM Automation.
- Red Hat OpenShift.
- Capacidad demostrada para coordinar proyectos complejos y gestionar la relación con clientes de diferentes sectores.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo y negociación con perfiles técnicos y ejecutivos (incluyendo CIOs).
- Certificación en metodologías de gestión de proyectos (PMP, Scrum Master, Agile Project Management, CMMI o equivalente).
- Nivel alto de español e inglés, tanto hablado como escrito.
Valorable
- Experiencia en proyectos de modernización de plataformas empresariales.
- Conocimiento de arquitecturas cloud híbridas y automatización de procesos.
