If you’re passionate about turning complex data challenges into business value and thrive in a highly visible role where your expertise directly impacts organizational success, we’d love to hear from you.### About the Role**Key Responsibilities*** Partner with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into high-impact data and analytics initiatives.* Shape and prioritize a regional data and analytics roadmap aligned with business goals and measurable outcomes.* Lead end-to-end delivery of data products from concept, development, and deployment through adoption.* Transform complex business requirements into actionable product backlogs, epics, and user stories.* Drive implementation of scalable data pipelines, transformations, and analytics solutions across enterprise platforms.* Ensure data products meet quality, governance, security, and compliance standards throughout the lifecycle.* Coordinate cross-functional teams across business, product, engineering, and governance functions.* Lead stakeholder communications, business readiness activities, and user adoption initiatives.* Monitor solution performance, service reliability, and value realization after deployment.* Champion continuous improvement in delivery efficiency, data quality, and business engagement.**Essential Requirements*** Proven experience partnering with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.* Strong business analysis and requirements management skills in complex, cross-functional environments.* Advanced expertise in Structured Query Language and modern cloud-based data platforms.* Hands-on experience delivering scalable data pipelines, transformation workflows, and analytics products.* Strong knowledge of data governance, metadata management, lineage, and data quality practices.* Experience with Snowflake and enterprise data orchestration technologies.* Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and testing activities.* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.**Desirable Requirements*** Experience delivering data and analytics solutions within pharmaceutical, life sciences, or other regulated industries.* Exposure to enterprise data governance and policy management platforms in large-scale environments.**Rewards**At Novartis, we’re committed to reimagining medicine together—and rewarding the people who make it happen.The rewards of being part of our team go far beyond base pay and incentives.
