Enterprise Senior Sales Executive - Microsoft Business Applications, Data & Ai

Desde Fastrack estamos buscando un/a Enterprise Senior Sales Executive / BDM para incorporarse a una importante consultora tecnológica en España, Partner del Año de Microsoft, especializada en Business Applications, Power Platform, Data & AI y servicios gestionados.Buscamos un perfil puramente captador ( Hunter ) para liderar la apertura de nuevo negocio (New Logo Acquisition) en segmento Corporate y Enterprise, abriendo mercado desde cero en medianas y grandes organizaciones.
¿Cuál será tu misión?
Captación activa de nuevo negocio: Prospección "con bisturí" (cold calling, social selling, Account Based Marketing) e investigación previa de cuentas clave.Interlocución C-Level: Generación de oportunidades y desarrollo de relaciones directas con decisores de negocio y tecnología (CEO, CTO, Operaciones).
Venta consultiva de valor: Liderar el ciclo comercial de proyectos complejos sobre el ecosistema Microsoft (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Fabric, Copilot y Agentes IA), apoyándote en los equipos internos de arquitectura y preventa.Ecosistema Microsoft: Explotar programas, fondos de aceleración e incentivos comerciales de Microsoft (ECIF, FastTrack, Azure Innovate).
Perfil buscado:Experiencia: Entre 5 y 10 años en venta B2B de tecnología y de 3 a 5 años en el ecosistema Microsoft (procedente idealmente de integradores, consultoras tecnológicas o partners especializados).
Enfoque comercial: Marcada mentalidad Hunter, capacidad para generar pipeline propio desde cero y hábito de vender valor de negocio (no venta transaccional ni de producto cerrado).
Uso de IA en el día a día: Requisito diferenciador utilizar herramientas de IA Generativa / Copilot de forma habitual en la rutina comercial (prospección, preparación de reuniones y propuestas).
Modalidad: 100% Remoto.Retribución: Salario Fijo de ****** € a ****** € brutos anuales + esquema de variable atractivo de ****** € a ****** € con aceleradores progresivos.Respaldo técnico de primer nivel: Apoyo constante de equipos internos expertos de arquitectura, preventa y delivery.Desarrollo: Acceso a certificaciones oficiales de Microsoft y participación en proyectos punteros de Inteligencia Artificial aplicada a negocio.
