Position Summary:

The Global Platform Business Innovation & Execution team explores, defines, and scales the next generation of platform value. The team is organized around platform assets and strategic pillars, moving opportunities through Ideate, Incubate, Pilot, and Scale. The work requires entrepreneurial ownership, stakeholder-centered influence, business transformation discipline, and a bias toward measurable value realization.

About the Role

This role is learning how innovation becomes business value — converting ambiguity into useful analysis, coordinating workstreams, and producing high-quality materials that help senior owners make faster, better-informed decisions across the opportunity pipeline.

Core Value Mandate:

Support opportunity identification and asset creation through analysis, insight generation, coordination, and execution support under guidance.

Key responsibilities:

• Market, competitor, partner, and ecosystem research to inform the opportunity pipeline

• Opportunity screening support, business case inputs, data analysis, and value sizing

• Pilot coordination, action tracking, and status preparation for prioritized opportunities

• Executive reporting support and stakeholder-ready materials
• Opportunity and asset measurement dashboards and adoption tracking inputs

Experience:

• 5 years professional experience in analysis, business operations, strategy, consulting, product, finance, or transformation preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to work in ambiguity and synthesize information into usable insights
