About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers by handling a wide variety of inquiries related to pet nutrition products. You'll deliver high-quality service through phone, email, and chat while ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy customer interaction and have a genuine interest in pets and animal wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate information and support regarding products and services.
• Resolve customer issues while aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
• Escalate complex cases when required and follow internal procedures.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Work independently while managing your own workload effectively.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team KPIs and service quality targets.
• Participate in ongoing training and continuously develop your product knowledge.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Polish (spoken and written).
• Good command of English.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• A genuine interest in pets or experience working with animals is considered a plus.

Salary & Benefits

• Total Gross Cash Compensation: €1,318.33 per month
• Meal Allowance: €7 per working day

• Total Gross Cash Compensation: €1,059.34 per month
• Company accommodation provided (subject to eligibility)
• Meal Allowance: €7 per working day

Working Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 17:00

Training

• 5 working days of paid training.
