Junior Digital Consultant

We’re looking for a Junior Digital Consultant to join our team. Someone sharp, proactive and genuinely plugged into digital culture — able to translate what’s happening online into insights, ideas and strategies that matter for brands.

You’ll support the consulting team on a day-to-day basis, contributing to strategy development, cultural research and client deliverables. The successful candidate will join the Digital Team as part of a +10 people team to develop our clients needs and a new creative line for the consulting area. This role is not just about knowing what’s trending, but understanding why it matters and how it can be applied.

What you’ll do

• Support the development of brand and digital strategies
• Build and structure client presentations (strategy decks, research, concepts)
• Track and analyse cultural, digital and consumer trends (fashion, beauty & lifestyle)
• Translate insights into clear, actionable ideas
• Contribute to content and campaign thinking from a strategic perspective
• Work closely with the consulting and digital teams across multiple projects

Who we’re looking for

• 1–2 years of experience in digital, strategy or consulting
• Strong instinct for trends, with the ability to go beyond surface‑level
• Culturally aware and naturally curious
• Clear and structured thinking
• Comfortable working in PowerPoint / Keynote / Google Slides and building decks
• Ability to connect ideas, references and business objectives
• Based in Madrid or willing to relocate

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Paid Media and/or CRM
• Understanding of social media platforms and performance dynamics
• Experience in fashion, beauty or lifestyle sectors
• Strong visual and aesthetic sensibility
