Function

• Review, advise and appraise the best fitting equipment for the tissue paper mill.
• Liaise with the COO and the CEO at all stages of the project and be the key point of contact throughout the process.
• Source and manage all subcontractors, vendors and equipment.
• Create and monitor a safe working environment.
• Manage the project team, site activity and project execution from start to completion of the project.
• Oversee the installation of the equipment and machinery and all civil, building and engineering works involved in the project.
• Ensure the project is kept on budget and within agreed timescales, communicating all issues and progress with the Management team.

Requirements

• More than 10 years of experience as an operations manager / plant manager within the tissue paper industry.
