Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid is seeking an organized administrator to support the Food & Beverage leadership team. You will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and help prepare reports and presentations for various departments.
The role involves compiling performance data, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and coordinating with Finance, Purchasing, Marketing, Reservations, and operations. A high level of discretion and professional communication is required.
