About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As an In-Stock Team Leader at JD.com, Inc., you will be responsible for leading a team to ensure optimal inventory levels and product availability across our fulfillment network. You will drive efficiency in stock management processes to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize operational costs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of In-Stock Specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Oversee the daily execution of inventory management tasks, including stock monitoring, replenishment, and allocation.
• Analyze sales data, inventory reports, and demand forecasts to identify potential stock-outs or overstock situations.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory turns, reduce obsolescence, and improve product availability.
• Collaborate with procurement, merchandising, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product flow and resolve supply chain issues.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to in-stock rates, inventory accuracy, and lead times, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices in inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and inventory status to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, or a similar role, with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar inventory management software).
• Excellent understanding of inventory management principles, forecasting techniques, and supply chain dynamics.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with e-commerce operations and large-scale fulfillment networks is a plus.
