mom'z is Europe's leading pregnancy retreat, dedicated to reshaping how women experience the transition into motherhood.
The company creates five-day, small-group retreats at private estates across Europe, designed in collaboration with leading midwives, perinatal specialists, doulas, and movement teachers.
Since ****, close to 1,000 mothers have attended, with retreats maintaining a 100% five-star rating and strong recommendations from midwives and OB-GYNs, many of whom join during their own pregnancies.
mom'z serves a highly discerning audience of expectant mothers primarily in London, with cohorts also joining from major European cities and beyond, and has been featured in leading publications such as Vogue, Elle, Harper's Bazaar, and Condé Nast Traveler.
Grounded in the belief that empowered mothers today create a radiant tomorrow, mom'z continues to grow its impact across Europe.
Role Description:
We're looking for someone to build and run an expert's personal content channel around pregnancy, birth and our retreats - across key social media platforms (focus on Instagram).
You'll work directly with an expert who brings the knowledge and appears on camera.
Your job is to draw out the interesting ideas, turn them into strong content, direct and film the sessions, edit, publish and keep improving what works.
You'll shape the strategy and own the execution.
The person on camera should be able to arrive, share what they know and leave the production to you.
You'll interview and film an expert, edit the videos yourself and run their social media account.
You need fluent English and must be able to attend planned filming sessions in Alicante.
Candidates based in Madrid or Valencia are welcome.
What you'll own
End-to-end: strategy, plan, execution, learnings.
Specifically:
Interviewing the expert and finding useful, interesting angles.
Turning those ideas into hooks, filming plans and a content calendar.
Directing and filming natural conversations and short videos.
Editing Reels, writing captions and managing publishing and routine community replies.
Learning from the response and bringing the next ideas without waiting for a brief.
Instagram is the first priority.
We're open to adapting the content for TikTok, Youtube and other channels where it makes sense.
The aim is to build trust with the right audience and help people discover our retreats.
Who could fit
You have strong creative judgment, a real feel for short-form content and the ability to get things finished.
You understand what makes someone worth watching without forcing them into trends that don't suit them.
Fluent spoken and written English is essential.
You need to be comfortable interviewing and directing someone in English, as well as writing hooks and captions.
Your own account or work for smaller clients can show us what you can do.
You don't need a famous name in your portfolio.
We care about the quality of your work, your initiative and how quickly you learn from feedback.
Location and working arrangement
Alicante is ideal.
Madrid and Valencia also work if you can come to Alicante for planned filming sessions a few times per month.
Planning and editing can be done remotely; filming requires being there in person.
We're open to full-time / part-time employment or a freelance arrangement depending on the person and scope.
A broader role could include filming at retreats and producing content for the wider mom'z channels.
Building the expert's channel remains the priority.
Market-standard compensation
specific range depends on experience, scope, responsibilities and the working arrangement.
We'll discuss it privately at the first screening stage.
Shortlisted candidates will have a paid practical test before we make a decision.
