We are looking for a Medical Affairs Lead to define and execute the comprehensive medical strategy for Roche Diagnostics Spain.In this high-impact role, you will serve as the primary liaison between the scientific community, international expert networks, and Roche’s global medical teams. Your mission will be to lead evidence generation, shape the scientific positioning of our diagnostic solutions, and act as a key internal strategic partner—ensuring that science and clinical excellence guide our business decisions.### ### Your Main Responsibilities* Integrated Medical Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute integrated medical plans across key therapeutic areas, aligning local priorities in Spain with Roche’s global medical strategy.* KOL Engagement & Scientific Partnerships: Lead engagement with a broad national network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Tier-1 international experts.
