Associate Project Manager

Associate Project Manager role supporting clinical trial coordination and management at a global contract research organization. Position involves overseeing project workstreams, coordinating study activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance innovative treatments.
Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials
- Coordinate study activities including site selection, patient recruitment, and data collection
- Support development of study protocols, case report forms, and related documents
- Participate in data analysis and interpretation for regulatory submissions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare-related field
- Minimum 2 years clinical research or project management experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Willingness to travel approximately 10% as required
- Legal right to work in Spain or UK
