We're looking for a world-class Product Marketing Manager to lead the crypto marketing roadmap. You’ll articulate and drive marketing strategies that promote crypto products, build trust in the industry, and help bring our features to life for customers.

What you'll be doing

• Creating and overseeing a long-term marketing strategy across marketing channels for crypto products
• Designing impactful, data-driven quarterly roadmaps to forecast, prioritise, and deliver projects that contribute to the Crypto department's KPIs and milestones in creative, efficient ways
• Leveraging knowledge obtained from proper feedback loops to extract data-driven, actionable marketing performance insights to inform strategy
• Immersing yourself in understanding our customers’ needs and how our crypto products function in core and expansion markets
• Shaping launch strategies for new crypto features, providing top-notch creative excellence and flawless execution by coordinating cross-functionally
• Briefing creative teams and developing comprehensive audience strategies, crafting value propositions, and orchestrating PR campaigns
• Developing solid cross-functional relationships in a fast-paced environment to effectively bring new products and campaigns to market

What you'll need

• Experience in either B2B or B2C product, brand, or consumer marketing in a fast-paced environment (preferably in a hyper-growth global tech company)
• A passion for Revolut’s products
• Expertise in setting strategic direction and project managing complex go-to-market campaigns that require input and execution from various teams
• A solid track record in consumer marketing and creative acumen, with an understanding of channels, including in-product, digital, and PR
• A demonstrated ability to analyse and distil data into actionable insights and to inform campaign strategy and product development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• To be a charismatic, people-person with the ability to talk to anyone and work in a dynamic, international environment

Nice to have

• Experience working at a Tier 1 strategy consultancy
• In-depth knowledge of crypto products and the crypto market
