Remote work
As an employer, it is important to us to develop teams, to optimally support employees and to deliver the best possible services to our customers. Working in the office optimally supports these goals, as the interaction, transfer of know-how and general exchange of information between colleagues works smoothly, team spirit is fostered, and well-being is increased by the separation of work and private life. On the other hand, personal constraints, family situations or distance to the workplace are good reasons to consider remote working. In principle, we at Körber are open to both models. We discuss these with you and determine the working model that is best for both sides.
We value diversity and therefore welcome all applicants - regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic or social origin, religion/belief, disability, age, sexual orientation and identity, and any other protected status.
