Tech Ecosystem & Community Lead Des de Social You col laborem amb Mobile World Capital Barcelona en la cerca d un/a Responsable d Ecosistema i Comunitat Tecnol gica, una figura clau per impulsar la comunitat de Talent Digital vinculada a Talent Arena i al programa anual d activitats de MWCapital. La posició est adscrita a l rea de Talent Digital i Partners de la Fundació . El/la professional seleccionat/da treballar directament amb el/la Chief of Digital Talent and Partners, liderant el desenvolupament, activació i creixement de la comunitat tech de MWCapital . Responsabilitats principals Impulsar i dinamitzar la comunitat de Talent Digital al voltant de Talent Arena i les activitats anuals de MWCapital . Liderar la relació amb els principals agents de l ecosistema tecnol gic, assegurant la seva identificació, captació, activació i fidelització . Detectar tend ncies i continguts tecnol gics rellevants per refor ar la proposta de valor de Talent Arena i les activitats de continu tat . Representar MWCapital davant empreses, institucions, hubs d innovació, centres formatius i actors clau del sector. Contribuir a la definició estrat gica de l ecosistema de Talent Digital juntament amb la Direcció de Talent Digital i Partners. Perfil professional que busquem Experi ncia en gestió de comunitats tecnol giques, ecosistemes digitals, relació amb partners o desenvolupament de programes tech. Coneixement s lid del sector digital i tecnol gic: tend ncies, rols, hubs, esdeveniments, agents estrat gics. Habilitats excel lents de networking, comunicació, dinamització i relació institucional. Capacitat per generar aliances, activar col laboracions i detectar oportunitats de valor. Mentalitat estrat gica, orientada a impacte i a la construcció de comunitat. Catal i castell flu ts angl s valorable. Actitud proactiva, emp tica i orientada a projectes amb múltiples stakeholders.
