Experteer Overview In this role you will support clients through the payroll and HR solutions implementation lifecycle, from gathering requirements to configuring, integrating, testing, and deploying the solution.
You'll work within an international, collaborative team to optimize client payroll/HR processes and ensure a seamless user experience.
The work spans data migration, integrations, web components, and reporting, offering meaningful impact across diverse organizations.

Compensaciones / Beneficios • Participate in payroll implementation projects, covering data migration, integrations, web component development, and reporting • Engage with clients to translate their needs into effective solutions • Configure and customize existing integration models with internal systems • Conduct comprehensive testing to validate solution functionality and data accuracy Responsabilidades • Technical academic background (DAW, DAM, ASIR or computer/ software engineering) • At least 3 years in similar roles • Backend programming with Node.js; SQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL); REST API development; JSON; web services • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) a plus • Ability to manage multiple projects with high quality • Excellent interpersonal communication; ability to work independently or in a team • Experience implementing, configuring, and customizing payroll, time u**** attendance, HCM, and ERP solutions a plus • Spanish and English fluency essential Requisitos principales • training and development programs • flexible working schedule • private medical insurance • 25 vacation days • workation: allowed to work from abroad • laptop and equipment provided
