In this role you drive deployment of the Quality Management System and continuous improvement across the ESOPC Madrid operations. You will monitor quality performance, lead audits, and embed a culture of quality across functions while supporting project teams with structured quality practices. You’ll guide process optimization using DMAIC, PDCA and Kaizen to reduce waste and defects. This position offers the chance to shape quality standards within Hitachi Energy’s Grid u0026amp; Power Quality Solutions within Europe. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Deploy and maintain the Quality Management System and internal standards
• Monitor COPQ, defects, and audits; drive corrective actions
• Identify process gaps and lead audits to closure and standardization
• Define quality objectives and KPIs aligned with Unit strategy
• Lead operational improvement initiatives (DMAIC, PDCA, Kaizen)
• Reduce COPQ, variability, and inefficiencies
• Promote quality ownership across functions and coach teams on problem solving
• Support project teams with Project Quality standards, risk identification, and corrective actions
• Monitor project quality performance and escalate when needed Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years in Quality Management
• xqbhyrx Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (required)
• Black Belt (nice to have)
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Strong analytical skills and root cause analysis experience
• Effective cross-functional communication and collaboration
