The Role
As our Entrepreneur In-House, you will be the project owner for new e-commerce initiatives. This role is not just about managing projects; it’s about being at the forefront of testing, validating, and scaling new product ideas. Your mission will be to identify potential market opportunities, lead the development of new ventures like Custom Caddie, and drive them to success.

Key Responsibilities
Project Ownership: Lead from ideation to execution, owning the entire lifecycle of new e-commerce projects.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and validate product ideas.
Cross-functional Leadership: Work closely with stakeholders within the organization, leveraging existing resources and managing new hires as needed.
Innovation Management: Foster an environment of innovation, taking calculated risks to introduce groundbreaking products to the market.

Ideal Candidate
Education: MBA graduate (or soon-to-be), with a keen interest in entrepreneurship.
Experience: A proven track record of taking initiative. Experience in e-commerce and consumer products is a plus.
Skills: Exceptional leadership and project management skills. Ability to conduct comprehensive market analysis and make data-driven decisions.
Attributes: Self-starter, accountable, with a mindset that a rising tide raises all boats.
Language: Fluent in English, verbal and written

Working Conditions
Location: Co-working space in Barcelona, Spain.
Flexibility: Flexible working hours, with a focus on delivering results.
Compensation: fixed monthly salary + opportunity for profit share & equity allocation.
You will need to be Autonomo or similar and invoice our company for your work. We do not have a legal entity in Spain.
