In this role you shape Iberia’s marketing roadmap to boost brand power within the EMEA strategy. You will partner with regional and HQ teams to ensure local relevance, tone, and cross-channel consistency. You lead brand excellence across consumer touchpoints and collaborate with agencies to build media, PR, and influencer networks. You will also own the country budget and reporting, influencing decisions with data to maximize impact.

• Develop, plan and lead the country GTM marketing road map and omnichannel plan to increase local relevance and brand power
• Collaborate with HQ brand and comms to ensure local relevancy and tone of voice
• Deliver brand excellence by aligning all consumer touchpoints
• Drive Innovation Outdoor credibility with HQ and local agencies for media, PR, athletes, and explorer teams
• Lead country sports and cultural projects and support HQ events with flawless execution
• Partner with regional sales to execute the Spanish Go-To-Market plan for WHS accounts
• Increase brand visibility with WHS partners through best-in-class campaigns online and offline
• Manage country marketing budget to maximise ROI with monthly budget alignment with Marketing Ops/Finance
• Maintain country performance reports to track progress, results and learnings

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in marketing in a major sports/outdoor brand or FMCG
• Deep knowledge of the European outdoor industry with focus on the Spanish region
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Ability to influence decisions using quantitative and xqbhyrx qualitative data with strong verbal, written and visual communication skills
• Creative thinking and ability to challenge the status quo
• Experience partnering with multiple stakeholders to define business and consumer needs
• Skills in crafting and executing demand creation plans and measuring ROI
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and deliver results
