Senior Physics Simulation Engineer (Remote)

Phaidra is seeking a curious Research Engineer to develop physics-based simulators for thermodynamics and fluid mechanics. You will translate equations into efficient code and collaborate with AI researchers to integrate simulators with RL and optimization pipelines.
Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in research or applied engineering, a relevant degree, and strong Python and numerical methods skills. This role is fully remote with international collaboration and equity potential.
